Palm House is a complete transformation of the iconic Heart of Palm Hotel, a beloved motorlodge that served the community for decades. Now reimagined as a luxurious oasis, Palm House is setting a new standard for hotels in Palm Beach.

Palm House is ideally located at 160 Royal Palm Way, right in the heart of Palm Beach island. Steps from the beach and a short bike ride from downtown Palm Beach, it’s also easily accessible via Interstate 95, the Florida Turnpike, Palm Beach International Airport, Brightline, and Tri-Rail.

The original building dates back to the 1960s. After an extensive renovation, it will reopen in November 2024 as a luxurious, modern hotel.

The architecture was designed by the renowned Atlanta-based firm, Cooper Carry.

From Interstate 95: Take Okeechobee Boulevard East for 2.6 miles, cross the Royal Palm Bridge, and continue to 160 Royal Palm Way; Palm House will be on your right.

From the Florida Turnpike: Take Okeechobee Boulevard East for 5 miles, cross the Royal Palm Bridge, and proceed to 160 Royal Palm Way; Palm House will be on your right.

Flights: Direct domestic flights to Palm Beach International (PBI) are available via American, United, Delta, and JetBlue from cities such as New York, Atlanta, and Dallas. International travelers can fly into Miami (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale (FLL), then drive, taxi, or take Brightline to Palm House. Our Concierge will gladly assist with transportation arrangements.

We kindly ask guests to wear Resort Attire in our dining areas. Bathing suit cover-ups are required outside the pool area.

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome! However, they are not permitted in the Dining Room or Pool area unless they are registered service animals.

Yes, Palm House is available for exclusive or non-exclusive use and offers event spaces for meetings, social gatherings, and weddings.

Absolutely! We can accommodate weddings of up to 145 guests. From rehearsal dinners to Sunday brunches, we have spaces and packages to suit your celebration.

Palm House features 79 spacious rooms and suites, ranging from 340 to nearly 2,000 square feet in our Presidential Suite.

Yes, rollaway beds are available for Premier rooms and higher categories.

Yes, Palm House Dining Room offers a unique blend of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. The Sunset Pool Deck also offers dining for our pool guests.

Palm Beach offers coastal sightseeing, beach walks, and biking. History enthusiasts will enjoy the Flagler Museum, while Worth Avenue and the Marina, just five minutes away, offer top-notch shopping. The Kravis Center for Performing Arts hosts concerts and performances just over the bridge.

The beach is less than 80 meters from Palm House, about a five-minute walk. We offer transportation and setup services for chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Guests can even order food and beverages via their phone for beachside delivery.
